Provincial

-Provincial Government offices in the St. John’s metro region will stay closed for the remainder of the day, except for those staff who have been advised to come in to work.

- WorkplaceNL’s Grand Falls-Windsor and St. John’s offices will remain closed for the remainder of the day. Staff are available at 1.800.563.9000 or info@workplaccenl.ca. Our MyWorkplaceNL online services are also available.

- St. John’s, Marine Institute and Signal Hill campuses, including the Childcare Centre, are closed for the day for all faculty, staff and students.
Students and instructors can access remote and online courses via Brightspace, and unless individual instructors advise their students otherwise, all remote and online course activities and deliverables will continue as scheduled

Municipal

-Paradise, all Town facilities, including the Town Hall and the Paradise Double Ice Complex, are closed for the morning today. A further update will be provided by 11 a.m.
Garbage and recycling collection are cancelled for today, and the revised schedule is as follows:
Garbage for Area 2A&B and Recycling for Area 2A scheduled for Wednesday, December 3, have been moved to Thursday, December 4.
Garbage for Area 3A&B and Recycling for Area 3A scheduled for Thursday, December 4, have been moved to Friday, December 5.
Garbage for Area 4A&B and Recycling for Area 4A scheduled for Friday, December 5, have been moved to Monday, December 8.

Local

-The Rooms will remain closed for the day on Wednesday, December 3rd.

- Priceless Treasures Daycare in Paradise will be closed for the day.

- All programs of the Vera Perlin Society are closed for the day. 

- The Rooms is closed for the morning, Wednesday, December 3rd. An update will be provided at 11 am.

- The Autism Society St. John's resource centre and the Pantry Cafe will be closed for the day. 

- BINGO at the MAZOL SHRINE CENTRE 530 Topsail Rd is cancelled for tonight due to weather.
