The Nourishing Communities cooking workshop is taking place on October 20th at 5:30pm at the SSVP Carbonear Foodbank.  Individuals who have registered for the workshop come together with me to make a delicious, budget-friendly meal and we have a nice supper afterwards!  People interested are asked to pre-register before the date of the workshop.  They can contact by my email, saraclarke.ssvp@gmail.com or call (709) 596-5945
