SeniorsNL will be hosting a presentation on Healthy Aging at the SSVP Carbonear Foodbank, located at 4 St. Clare Avenue. The event will take place on October 23rd at 1:30 PM.

The Healthy Aging presentation will explore wellness as a balance among physical, mental, social, and spiritual aspects of health.
