The Capital Subaru Cape to Cabot 2025 is holding a Health Expo on Saturday October 18 at Capital Subaru, 150 Kenmount Road, St. John’s, from 1 to 5 pm. 
Meet health and fitness vendors, including Outfitters, Made to Move Physio, Canadian Blood Services, and more! 
Cape to Cabot runners can pick up their race kits at the event. 
Bring your gently used running shoes and other sports equipment - we are gathering donations for the REAL program at the City of St. John’s 
Save up and bring your beverage can pull tabs - we are collecting them as a fundraiser for Ronald McDonald House.
 Admission is free, and everyone of all ages is welcome, whether you’re running the race or not!
