The SPCA St. John's will be reopening its SNAP Application on Wednesday, November 19 from 12:00pm - 5:00pm.  We will be accepting 125 new applications for surgery dates being booked between January - March, 2026.  For those who are interested in participating in the SNAP Program, please visit the SPCA St. John's Website for details on the program, instructions on how to complete the online application form and the program requirements. The application will only be available on this date and time and will close again once it has filled.
