• The City of St. John’s recreation facilities will reopen today starting at 4 p.m. for regular scheduled programming. The Winter Activity Centre will remain closed for the day.

• City of Mount Pearl Facility Closures. Residents are advised that due to current weather conditions, all City facilities will remain closed for the afternoon on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.We will provide an update at 3:00 PM today regarding evening operations for Recreation facilities, including the Mount Pearl Summit Centre and the Glacier arena.

• CONCEPTION BAY SOUTH – Town facilities (Town Hall, Recreation Complex, CBS Arena, Robert French Memorial Stadium) | Update at 11:00 a.m.
