The SPCA St. John’s will be reopening its SNAP Application on Wednesday, April 22 from 12:00pm – 5:00pm. We will be accepting 100 new applications for surgery dates being booked between June – August, 2026. For those who are interested in participating in the SNAP Program, please visit the SPCA St. John’s Website for details on the program, instructions on how to complete the online application form and the program requirements.
