Seniors Inclusion Program

The Jimmy Pratt Memorial Outreach Centre is excited to launch our new Seniors Inclusion Program, starting July 16th and running every Thursday from 11 AM to 3 PM at 21 Merrymeeting Road.

The first session is an introductory meet-and-greet featuring a cod au gratin meal. Beginning July 23rd, each session will include a fitness class (chair yoga/yoga, or dance), a light lunch, and an educational or social activity.
