Karate NL and Guardian Girls Karate will be hosting a self-defense clinic for women and girls on September 19th, 2026 at 69 St. Thomas Line in Paradise from 10am till noon. This session is free and open to all women and girls and will be led by Hana Furumoto-Deshaies, Canadian National Team Karate Athlete, Certified Mental Performance Consultant, and Certified Guardian Girls Karate Instructor.
