Sowing Seeds – Growing Community is a community sponsored initiative to provide fresh produce to the local foodbanks. In each of the past two years we have provided fresh vegetables for 10,000 plates. We invite you to take part in this work of providing fresh produce to those who are less fortunate.

Weather permitting, we hope to take up the harvest on Wednesday, September 30th starting at 9 AM. How long it will take depends on how many volunteers show up however, we usually finish around noon. Any time you can spare will be appreciated. On this day we will be taking up potatoes and turnip. Please bring a shovel if you have one. There will be a FREE BBQ at noon.

The garden is located directly across from St. Paul’s Anglican Church, 202 Main Road, Goulds. There is plenty of parking.
